RETURN POLICY
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can facilitate a return or exchange per the terms outlined below. However, items damaged will not be eligible for return.
Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Kindly note that if purchased, each piece of our Furniture collection will be made to order exclusively for you, and therefore is not returnable. Suite106's furniture, custom orders, art, personalized and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange and are final sale. Home decor is only eligible for exchange; with exception on all marble products due to the fragile nature of all our handmade marble items. We will happily accept any return of merchandise that is unused or unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags still attached. Suite106 reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please pay careful attention to what is written in this section, because the directions contained therein form the substantial and integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, and therefore, should be fully understood and accepted at the time of the transmission of the Order Form.
